Car over-corrected and crashed into the concrete barrier, what's my action?

Car in question was in the far left lane and I was driving in the center lane. He started to merge into my lane without seeing me there. I got on the horn and he tried to get back to his lane, but over-corrected, lost control of his car and crashed. No contact between our two cars was made, but what's my responsibility, if any in that situation?
