Why is my album split up?

so i downloaded a torrent for an album and when i put it on my ipod it split the album up its all in the same album of 14 songs but it takes two songs puts it in one area takes 5 puts it in another are takes the rest and puts them in anther area is there a way to like merge these all into just one spot?
