Looking for a CRM program that syncs with Quickbooks and our website, any pointers?

Give Method CRM a shot, www.methodintegration.com. It doesn't do all the things you need out of the box, you're going to need some customization. But it's a CRM platform for QuickBooks, with a web API.........so this might be the closest thing you're going to get without paying for a complete custom application.
