I just deleted a few partitions of mine, Now I can not extend the remaining partition using the free size?

What is your O/S? If later windows right click computer, go to manage/storage/disk management. If you are lucky you will be able to dig yourself out. I hope you backed up your DATA as you may end up with re-partitioning, reformatting and re-installing your O/S
