Should India adopt Right-hand-Drive Traffic-rules ? What are the pros & Cons of this ?

My dear Ashok Ji India already following Right Hand drive traffic Rules.All vehicles are driven by Right Hand Driving.For your Info all commonwealth countries do have same rules.However as per your problem mention above - All drivers need special training and proper Examinations at RTO levels.
