Judicial bypass for an abortion in VA.. please help! My friend is looking for options..?

My friend is 15 and is pregnant. She is about 9 weeks. Her mother is against abortion but she wants to follow through with her education and go to college and not have to worry about being a single mom. I'm trying to veer her away from this option, but like I Said, it's just an OPTION. doesn't mean it's going to happen.
