Accident with an uninsured vehicle and unlicensed driver, now what?

if you have unisured driver coverage, you should be ok.call you insurance company, get the ball rolloing. However this situation I would take the other driver to small claims court.In reality,Best case senario, you get this person wages garnished untill debt is paid off. which will take years.But it will teach them A lesson. insure your Car.I myself would take them to court.Don,t need a lawyer .just have all your paper work in order when you go into court. should be a easy in and out.
