Do Interstate exits or mile markers ever restart?

Mile markers, are state specific and generally only found along interstate highways. Number become greater as you travel North or East and get lower when you are traveling West or South. The A and B designation refers to a situation where the same street or highways on a given exit requires separate lanes or partial exits for different directions which are less than a half mile apart. Some states do not even use mile markesr on interstates such as California.
